  • We deliver to all areas of Kuwait in all governorates.
  • The minimum delivery is an order of KD 3 plus a delivery fee.
  • Normal delivery charges for all areas of Kuwait are 1 Dhk except for the following areas (Al Khairan, Al Zour, Shuaiba, Wafra, Bneider). Ali Sabah Al-Salem Suburb. Sabah Al Ahmad City. and Mina Abdullah) Delivery is 5dk. The delivery fee to the liver area is 3dc.
  • The express delivery fee for all areas of Kuwait is 2 Dhk except for the following areas (Al-Khairan, Al-Zour, Shuaiba, Wafra, Bneider). Ali Sabah Al-Salem Suburb. Sabah Al Ahmad City. and Mina Abdullah) Delivery is 8 dk. The delivery fee to the liver area is 5 dk.

Return & Return Policy

  • The period available to return the product and refund its value is 14 days from the date of issuing the invoice.
  • The product can be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transportation and packaging, The company covers the shipping value of the returned product.
  • The product can also be returned for no reason and according to the customer’s desire, The customer then takes care of the shipping value of the returned product.
  • The customer can cancel the order before receiving it, This is done through the store user account control panel.
  • The refund will be sent to the customer’s bank account to arrive within five to seven working days. The refund process begins as soon as we receive the returned product.

Exchange Policy

  • The period available for product replacement is 14 days from the date of issuance of the invoice.

  • The price difference will be processed in the event of replacement from another item and the remaining amount is collected or the excess amount is returned to the customer’s bank account.
